Terms of Service

Acceptance
By creating an account or using Sigmora, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Use of the service
Sigmora is a tool for analyzing and remixing short-form video content. You may use it only for lawful purposes. You may not use it to create content that infringes copyright, violates platform terms of service, or constitutes spam or harassment.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you bring into Sigmora. You grant us a limited license to process that content to deliver the service. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train AI models.
Credits and billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance for the period you choose. Credits bought in a pack do not expire and do not auto-renew. Credits included with a subscription are granted for that billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
Access begins immediately: your credits are available the moment a payment clears. That is why, at checkout, you are asked to confirm separately that you want access to start straight away and that the purchase is final once it does.
Cancelling a subscription stops future billing rather than refunding the period already served. You keep access, and the subscription credits already granted for the current period, until that period ends; they do not carry over past it. Credits you bought in a pack are unaffected by cancelling — those are yours and they stay.
Refunds
Purchases are final. We do not refund for change of mind, for a billing period you had access to, or for credits you did not get round to spending.
We will refund in two situations, on clear and convincing evidence: the service was materially not as described, or the payment was not authorised by the cardholder. Open a ticket with the details and we will investigate properly.
Why the bar is set here. Credits are consumed by work we have already paid for — every analysis, render, and generation costs us real money at the moment you run it, and none of that comes back. Refunding a spent credit is not returning a product, it is paying twice for something you already have the output of. A no-questions refund window on a product like this gets used as a way to run the work for free, and the cost of that lands on the customers who pay honestly. Refunding on evidence rather than on request is what keeps the price where it is. If something is genuinely wrong with what you bought, say so and we will make it right — that case is exactly what this policy is for.
Talk to us first. If something is wrong with a charge or with what you received, contact support before you contact your bank. We resolve almost everything directly, usually within a day, and we would far rather fix the problem than argue about it. Give us the chance to.
You always keep the right to dispute a charge with your card issuer, and nothing in these terms removes or limits that right. We are asking, not restricting. What we will say is that a dispute raised without contacting us first costs us a non-refundable fee whichever way it is decided, and we may decline to sell to that account again. Contacting us is faster for you and cheaper for us, and it is the only route where you can actually get the outcome you wanted.
Nothing here limits refund rights you have under applicable law.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is retained for 30 days before deletion.
Liability
Sigmora is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
